There is no wiser Father,
\nThan the one in Heaven above,
\nHe knows how to apply the rod,
\nBut also when to give us love.<\/p>\n

Yet our parents here on Earth,
\nDon’t always act just the same,
\nAlthough we may be innocent,
\nThey will give us all the blame.<\/p>\n

But God’s rod is very measured,
\nHe’s so righteous and very just,
\nHis love is boundless always,
