The Devil is a deceiver and the father of lies,
\nBut as an angel of light he will often disguise.
\nAgainst this lion we must be vigilant and sober,
\nFail to take heed and the battle will be over.<\/p>\n

Into captivity we must bring our every thought,
\nThis is how battles by Christians must be fought.
\nIn our minds we cannot ever be weary or faint,
\nNo matter how dark a picture old Satan may paint.<\/p>\n

When our enemy like a flood suddenly comes in,
\nWe must cling to God’s Word if we expect to win.
\nThe Sword of the Spirit we must raise it high,
\nIt smashes every deception and crushes every lie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
