Previously, I mentioned that for China to take over Taiwan, it first has to destroy American bases in Japan, in the Philippines, and on Guam where I happen to live. A Washington Times report called “U.S. victory for Taiwan’s freedom from China comes at high price” agrees:<\/p>\n

Of course, they are claiming that the U.S. will be successful, and that Taiwan will remain free.
