The words of men have been many,
\nBut oft times they were not kept,
\nBold promises that were broken,
\nAnd then under the carpet swept.<\/p>\n

Countless have been the people,
\nWho with a ray of hope slept,
\nMorning light saw vows dashed,
\nLeft abandoned they only wept.<\/p>\n

But our God is very different,
\nHis sure Word is our precept,
\nThrough it we can find Salvation,
