TURN OFF THAT SPIGOT?<\/p>\n

Will someone turn off that spigot,
\nWe’ve got a really major overflow,
\nBut that’s the way of God’s Spirit,
\nWell, just in case you didn’t know.<\/p>\n

Once God opens a mighty faucet,
\nLiving waters stream like a firth,
\nI hope you’ve got lots of buckets,
\nTo catch it for all you are worth.<\/p>\n

Such is God’s Divine Inspiration,
\nIt knows no boundary or any end,
\nIt fills you until you bubble over,
\nFrom Heaven it does descend.<\/p>\n

Reaching out to folks around you,
\nIt touches lives by what you say,
\nInspiring them to serve God better,
\nTill He takes them home some day.<\/p>\n

It fills you with Heavenly Wisdom,
\nSo you’ll teach His holy Word right,
\nAnd when it brings forth good fruit,
\nIt is very pleasing in God’s sight.<\/p>\n

Now if life’s troubles confound you,
\nThe same Spirit comforts your soul,
\nIt binds the wounds that pain you,
\nMaking your life once again whole.<\/p>\n

So thank God for wonderful Spirit,
\nWhich helps us in so many a way,
\nIt is indeed ours for the asking,
\nIf we’ll just take the time to pray.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
