DON’T BACK DOWN!<\/p>\n

When they try to push us down,
\nWe all should really fight back,
\nThey would like to silence us,
\nAnd just knock us off our track.<\/p>\n

But we have a mission to do,
\nGod made us His earthly voice,
\nSo preach His Word we must,
\nWe really don’t have a choice.<\/p>\n

Even though at times it’s hard,
\nAnd the wolves nip at our heel,
\nWe just can’t lay down and quit,
\nWe must keep on fighting still.<\/p>\n

Tho darkness now fills the Earth,
\nAnd many wander in the night,
\nYet still we can give them hope,
\nBy shining God’s radiant Light.<\/p>\n

That is the truth of His Word,
\nWhich can set every man free,
\nSo if we preach it faithfully,
\nWe can help so many to see.<\/p>\n

They can learn about the Lord,
\nWho offered His life for us all,
\nThen if they believe by faith,
\nThey’ll hear that heavenly call.<\/p>\n

So stay strong, don’t surrender,
\nDon’t let them snuff your flame,
\nIf they should resist too long,
\nIn the end they’ll take the blame.<\/p>\n

But as for you, the Bible says,
\nYou will hear God’s “Well done”,
\nAnd one day when life is past,
\nYou’ll be walking with the Son.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
