Chestnuts roasting on an open fire,
\nEach one a lost and stubborn soul,
\nSatan cackles with great delight,
\nAs he grabs a new one from his bowl.<\/p>\n

There will be no “Merry Christmas!”,
\nFor these foolish people I do fear,
\nThey refused to acknowledge Jesus,
\nPromoted their traditions each year.<\/p>\n

Santa Claus was so important to them,
\nWhile Christ was left out in the snow,
\nTo God they offered so many excuses,
\nBut they can’t say they did not know.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
