Oh we are such terrible creatures,
\nWhen it comes to loving our God,
\nWe run to Him just when we need Him,
\nNo doubt He finds this rather odd.<\/p>\n

But God is not a convenience store,
\nHe is the omnipotent King of Heaven,
\nWe all need to love and respect Him,
\nBecause He’s not just your 7-Eleven.<\/p>\n

Yes, He is always open for business,
\nOur God never slumbers or sleeps,
\nAnd His service is simply top-notch,
\nHis promises our Lord always keeps.<\/p>\n

Giving Him ear just when we need Him,
\nSuch sad behavior really will not do,
\nHow would you feel if your loved one,
\nGave the same exact treatment to you?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
