MIGHT IS RIGHT? <\/p>\n

They claim that might is right,
\nIf you’re an enemy take heed,
\nBut if we embrace the Gospel,
\nWe adhere to a different creed.<\/p>\n

Peace thru strength we’re told,
\nIs what keeps the evil at bay,
\nYet Jesus set down His code,
\nAnd taught us another way.<\/p>\n

Although we are in this world,
\nAll its wars are not our own,
\nWe must trust God to keep us,
\nAnd claim His protection alone.<\/p>\n

Violence is not for a Christian,
\nLeave it to the children of men,
\nSeek peace in all your ways,
\nAnd God will bless you then.<\/p>\n

No, don’t engage in their wars,
\nHold to the Gospel of peace,
\nPerhaps after so much dying,
\nAll violence will finally cease.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
