SOUL SEARCH <\/p>\n

There is a great war occurring,
\nWithin this sad nation of ours,
\nBut not with guns and bullets,
\nIt is between spiritual powers.<\/p>\n

Indeed the forces of darkness,
\nRaging against the Lord’s light,
\nGod’s children speaking truth,
\nTrying to hold back the night.<\/p>\n

So much rebellion & defiance,
\nHas taken hold within this land,
\nUnless we return soon to God,
\nOur nation will cease to stand.<\/p>\n

The Lord has shown us mercy,
\nEven tho we have gone astray,
\nHe waits to see our repentance,
\nAnd holds back judgment day.<\/p>\n

But if we continue in rebellion,
\nAnd scoff at the ones He’s sent,
\nHe may decide our time is over,
\nThen this country will be rent.<\/p>\n

His blessings will then be gone,
\nHis curses will take their place,
\nMaybe it will make us desperate,
\nAnd we will finally seek His face.<\/p>\n

Humbling ourselves before Him,
\nAs we confess each & every sin,
\nRenewing our dedication to Him,
\nIt is the only way we’ll ever win.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
