It is of the LORD’S mercies,
\nThat we are not consumed,
\nIt’s not due to our goodness,
\nIf that is what you assumed.<\/p>\n

Only because of dear Jesus,
\nDoes God look the other way,
\nOur sins He just blots out,
\nWe’re clean on Judgment Day.<\/p>\n

So thank Him for compassion,
\nAs unworthy as you may be,
\nAnd be merciful to others,
\nSo God’s love they can see.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
