We cannot be like Apostle Peter,
\nWho greatly feared for his life,
\nHe denied knowing the Lord Jesus,
\nConviction cut him like a knife.<\/p>\n

Peter departed in haste weeping,
\nSo depressed by what he had done,
\nBut then Jesus later forgave him,
\nFor sinless folks there are none.<\/p>\n

If we are ashamed of our Savior,
\nThe Gospel warns about our fate,
\nJesus will say He doesn’t know us,
\nWe may not make it in the Gate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
