On all of the social networks,
\nThey say we have free speech,
\nBut what they never tell you,
\nIs they throttle your outreach.<\/p>\n
Oh, you are just so very happy,
\nTo have a new account online,
\nYou\u2019re gonna reach the world,
\nMan, it will surely be so fine!<\/p>\n
Very excitedly you post away,
\nAnd wait for the flood to begin,
\nLikes, reposts and comments,
\nMany friends you hope to win.<\/p>\n
But then hours slowly pass by,
\nYes, days turn into a full week,
\nYour account is totally dead,
\nWhy doesn\u2019t anybody speak?<\/p>\n
You seemed to do it all right,
\nYour graphics are quite cool,
\nBut what you fail to realize is,
\nYou\u2019re just that network\u2019s tool.<\/p>\n
No matter which one you\u2019re on,
\nThey operate much the same,
\nYes, tho you may not know it,
\nYou are a pawn in their game.<\/p>\n
With only two types of pieces,
\nYou\u2019re either a peon or an elite,
\nTop class gets all the exposure,
\nWhile peons grovel at their feet.<\/p>\n
Thus, elites get 1000s of views,
\nWhile your page remains dark,
\nThough try as hard as you like,
