If you really want to feel your age,
\nLook at stars who have been the rage.
\nGrowing up, some you knew quite well,
\nMaybe they got you under their spell.<\/p>\n

Some in TV shows, others in a movie,
\nMan, you thought they were so groovy.
\nSome great rock band, or a video star,
\nTheir performance left your mouth ajar.<\/p>\n

Years have passed and now they’re gone,
\nNo more movies, no, not a single song.
\nIt makes us realize life is so fleeting,
\nReminds us death we’ll all be greeting.<\/p>\n

What we have done is what will remain,
\nDid we bring someone joy, or only pain?
\nOld age arrives, life comes to a close,
\nGod will now judge us by what we chose.<\/p>\n

Did we accept Christ, did we let Him in,
\nOr did we rebel and continue in our sin?
\nGod’s Word says that if we choose right,
\nWe will shine like a star in the night.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
