When we were without hope and lost,
\nJesus bestowed us a precious gift,
\nHe chose to go the way of the Cross,
\nWhere sinful men Him they did uplift.<\/p>\n

A gift received at Christ’s expense,
\nThough sinners we be without merit,
\nYet because Jesus died for us all,
\nEternal life we can freely inherit.<\/p>\n

And thus because of His great love,
\nOur Heavenly Father we can now face,
\nSins forgiven and no more remembered,
\nSomeday we’ll walk in Heavenly Place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
