We all have quite often heard it said,
\nBelieve in Jesus, to Heaven we’ll go,
\nBut so many people still have doubts,
\nWhy it’s necessary they want to know.<\/p>\n

Well the answer’s really quite simple,
\nThe basic issue comes down to our sin,
\nDue to a corrupt and imperfect status,
\nA righteous God simply can’t let us in.<\/p>\n

Only by the Blood of a Lamb unblemished,
\nCould our imperfections be washed clean,
\nAnd thus Jesus sacrificed His own life,
\nHe’s our Defense Attorney and Go-Between.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
