There’s a fire in the basement,
\nBut no one even seems to care,
\nI try to warn all of the tenants,
\nBut they give me a blank stare.<\/p>\n
What’s wrong with the people?
\nHave they just lost their minds?
\nQuickly turning away from me,
\nThey simply lower their blinds.<\/p>\n
They do not sense the danger,
\nTho smoke is rising in the sky,
\nBewitched by something evil,
\nThey’ve listened to Satan’s lie.<\/p>\n
Now the basement is America,
\nHer foundation is truly on fire,
\nShe has turned from the Lord,
\nAnd listens to that fiendish liar.<\/p>\n
Behold there are so many sins,
\nThat she flaunts in God’s face,
\nBut as the fire consumes her,
\nShe’ll no longer find her place.<\/p>\n
Stricken by God and removed,
\nThe whole world will wonder,
\nHow that mighty country fell,
\nSo violently and with thunder.<\/p>\n
Wicked shall be turned to hell,
\nIt is a warning from His Word,
\nGod will judge the unrighteous,
\nIn case you have never heard.<\/p>\n
Thus don’t ignore the warning,
\nGet a right heart with the Lord,
\nBecause the fiery wrath of God,
\nIsn’t something you can afford.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
