In the flesh he ran the race,
\nThus he fell on his face.
\nIn his goodness he did trust,
\n‘Twas in vain and only dust.<\/p>\n

Without Spirit doomed to fail,
\nHis meager works led to Hell.
\nLooking up wondering why,
\nThe Lamb of God had to die.<\/p>\n

He just did not understand,
\nWe are saved by God’s Hand.
\nHis Grace alone is the key,
