CONSTANT COMPANION<\/p>\n

Throughout the Bible’s long history,
\nAlone holy Prophets seemed to be,
\nYet they had a constant companion,
\nWhich the world simply couldn’t see.<\/p>\n

Wandering over mountains and hills,
\nPreaching in cities against deep sin,
\nThey’d often encounter the darkness,
\nYet God’s light burned bright within.<\/p>\n

They were known as solitary figures,
\nSometimes there was a need to hide,
\nThough people turned against them,
\nThe Lord remained a continual guide.<\/p>\n

Well today it really is not so different,
\nFor God’s folks who spread the Word,
\nEven if you’ve never really met them,
\nTheir message you have surely heard.<\/p>\n

Often they work alone in their rooms,
\nWriting out a truth God has revealed,
\nBeyond the loud noises of this world,
\nBy God’s Spirit they’ve been sealed.<\/p>\n

So if you count yourself among them,
\nMay God bless you in all that you do,
\nIf you remain faithful for all your days,
\nHe’ll reward you when your life is thru.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
