Now going back almost fifty years or so,
\nKarl said to never leave home without it,
\nAs we fast forward to this present time,
\nWe see few people ever seem to doubt it.<\/p>\n
But it is no longer those traveler cheques,
\nYou see, now it is something totally new,
\nIf for some reason you forget this thing,
\nIt could really leave you in a major stew.<\/p>\n
It’s a device to be connected all the time,
\nWhether you eat, sleep, or are at work,
\nMany folks have their face so deep in it,
\nI worry without it they might go berserk.<\/p>\n
But I must warn you of the sinister side,
\nBecause you really have a right to know,
\nBuried deep within that device you love,
\nGPS let’s them know everywhere you go.<\/p>\n
Indeed, it’s true that because of that tech,
\nThey could know everything that you did,
\nAfter all, you are merely a pawn to them,
\nWho they track on the global Matrix grid.<\/p>\n
Oh, how indeed it was such a clever plan,
\nTo create a device that’s in high demand
\nNow our actions are so closely watched,
\nTheir surveillance is clearly out of hand.<\/p>\n
If we were to suddenly stop using them,
\nImagine the chaos which would ensue,
\nPeople are so dependent on them now,
\nI dread they would not know what to do.<\/p>\n
And thus we go about our daily affairs,
\nWith our cell phones probably nearby,
\nKnowing full well there is an eye on us,
\nYet we rarely stop & ever question why.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
