SOMETHING BUT NOTHING <\/p>\n

Shrewd politicians have a special knack,
\nFor saying something but nothing at all,
\nYeah, they will simply ramble on and on,
\nBut it’s as if they have run into some wall.<\/p>\n

You will listen very closely to their speech,
\nTrying your very best to figure them out,
\nBut quite frankly when they have finished,
\nYou are still wondering what it was about.<\/p>\n

It certainly seemed great for a sound bite,
\nAs they rattled off their various thoughts,
\nYet despite all of their interesting talking,
\nYour confused brain is still tied up in knots.<\/p>\n

But then as you decide to take more time,
\nTo more clearly decipher what they said,
\nYou suddenly arrive at the firm realization,
\nThey were really messing with your head.<\/p>\n

No, they did not actually give information,
\nOr tell you the positions where they stood,
\nThey just so slyly kept stringing you along,
\nSo you still question what’s under the hood.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
