Money, politics, religion,
\nDon’t ever dare discuss,
\nFor if you do, watch out,
\nSomeone will make a fuss.<\/p>\n

People with smiling faces,
\nOh they all seem so kind,
\nTill you broach said topics,
\nThey’ll hit you from behind.<\/p>\n

Suddenly you see daggers,
\nSmiles turn to an evil hiss,
\nIt’s time to make your exit,
\nAnd hope that they all miss.<\/p>\n

Families become so divided,
\nFriendships just disappear,
\nWhen our opinions differ,
\nWe just don’t want to hear.<\/p>\n

So it is with us Christians,
\nOur message turns some away,
\nMay God soften their hearts,
\nSo they’ll be saved someday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
