PESTS OR PETS?<\/p>\n

Imagine if God treated us,
\nThe way we treat many a pest,
\nI’m talking about those bugs,
\nWhich we all seem to detest.<\/p>\n

Squish! There goes a spider,
\nSwat! I just smashed a fly,
\nCrunch! Got that centipede,
\nBefore it crawls where I lie.<\/p>\n

It’s really quite amazing,
\nHow quickly things can change,
\nFrom something nasty to nice,
\nWhen one letter we rearrange.<\/p>\n

Thus, we are not God’s pests,
\nThough some think this is so,
\nGod loves us so very dearly,
\nThis He wants us all to know.<\/p>\n

His Word says we are His pets,
\nAnd not pests, no, not at all,
\nThat is why He sent us Jesus,
\nSo we hear the Salvation call.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
