PRIDEFUL TEACHERS<\/p>\n

So many false interpretations,
\nThey are all around us I see,
\nPeople making erroneous claims,
\nTwisting the word of prophecy.<\/p>\n

Thinking that they understand,
\nThey are led by their own minds,
\nNo evidence of the Holy Spirit,
\nThey seem to be wearing blinds.<\/p>\n

So often politically motivated,
\nThey force verses to their view,
\nConvincing others they are right,
\nSo that they become deceived too.<\/p>\n

They’re just novices in the Word,
\nFilled with their ego and pride,
\nWhen God exposes their errors,
\nThey will have no place to hide.<\/p>\n

You see, God’s Word is not a toy,
\nTo be manipulated as we please,
\nTime to forsake such foolishness,
\nAnd truly repent on bended knees.<\/p>\n

Ask God for Wisdom of His Spirit,
\nAs you read the ancient holy text,
\nLet one verse interpret another,
\nHe will show you what comes next.<\/p>\n

In this way understanding comes,
\nThe interpretation will be sure,
\nAgreement between multiple verses,
\nIs what we should be striving for.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
