I thought I was the greatest,
\nI boasted of my wonderful deeds,
\nBut God looked in my poor garden,
\nAnd just saw a bunch of weeds.<\/p>\n

My pride had left me blinded,
\nI put my works before His Grace,
\nTrying to deserve my Salvation,
\nWas really just so out of place.<\/p>\n

But in His mercy God awoke me,
\nAnd said “Look to my dear Son,
\nTrust in His precious Blood only,
