We cannot please this world,
\nIf we try to please the Lord,
\nBecause Jesus said the truth,
\nIs like a sharp dividing sword.<\/p>\n

To follow the strait and narrow,
\nMeans we’ll lose many a friend,
\nBut we receive a great reward,
\nIf we persevere until the end.<\/p>\n

Tho our journey may be lonely,
\nWith great perils along the way,
\nOur sacrifices will be worth it,
