ALL LIVES MATTER<\/p>\n

Yes, black lives most certainly matter,
\nBut white lives likewise matter too,
\nBrown lives, red lives, yellow lives,
\nWe are all part of God’s genetic brew.<\/p>\n

Yet our skin color is so superficial,
\nWithin our blood all flows simply red,
\nAnd resorting to protest and violence,
\nWill surely lead to more people dead.<\/p>\n

We must accept the past is the past,
\nSo on the living don’t cast the blame,
\nMistakes have been made on all sides,
\nDon’t let wolves your hatred inflame.<\/p>\n

Yes, this world is far from perfect,
\nMany social injustices can be found,
\nBut know fighting against each other,
\nLeaves us all on very shaky ground.<\/p>\n

In the Gospels Jesus said it so clearly,
\nA nation that is divided cannot stand,
\nWeakened from within helps the enemy,
\nThis is something you must understand.<\/p>\n

Now if you choose to resort to violence,
\nJesus said that violence you will reap,
\nThus it’s better to live your life in peace,
\nAnd God’s Commandments strive to keep.<\/p>\n

The Bible says the greatest is to love,
\nSo how will you fare before the Judge?
\nWill you abandon protest and violence,
\nOr hold on to your hatred and grudge?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
