Victory in our Christian faith,
\nDoesn’t come suddenly one day,
\nIt is all the little battles,
\nThat we fight along life’s way.<\/p>\n

Forgetting things that are behind,
\nAnd reaching for the things before,
\nLaying aside every weight and sin,
\nIs how we will win this great war.<\/p>\n

We must learn to run with patience,
\nKeeping our eyes fixed on the Lord,
\nProtected with God’s mighty armor,
