What really keeps us going?
\nOur flesh surely can’t be it,
\nIt brings us down so often,
\nAnd makes us want to quit.<\/p>\n

There is something greater,
\nBeyond our human frame,
\nA Power that dwells in us,
\nThat keeps us in the game.<\/p>\n

The earnest of the Spirit,
\nA treasure in pots of clay,
\nIt fuels and drives forward,
\nAs we serve Him day by day.<\/p>\n

Nothing else can explain,
\nWhy we keep on keeping on,
\nBut the spark of His Spirit,
