Oft times we all have doubts,
\nAbout the depth of our belief,
\nWe may question our sincerity,
\nAnd Satan offers us little relief.<\/p>\n

That fiend pounds so hard on us,
\nAnd fills our hearts with grief,
\nBut stand we must against him,
\nLest we fade just like a leaf.<\/p>\n

The Lord sees into our hearts,
\nHe knows just where we stand,
\nIf we find ourselves slipping,
