Do you know you are on solid ground?
Are all your beliefs scripturally sound?
To the Bible we must all remain bound,
Because false doctrines are all around.
But to separate truth from Satan’s lie,
Do not trust churches, I’ll tell you why.
Today they teach many strange things,
Weird beliefs that only deception brings.
It is important to adhere to God’s Word,
So we don’t fall victim to ideas absurd.
You need to take time to mine the gold,
Digging out treasures both new and old.
Find a verse here and another one there,
Nothing in this world can ever compare.
Take it slow to confirm what you believe,
Because many voices are out to deceive.
Be led by the Spirit and not by your brain,
As verses link together, a Biblical train.
Once you are certain you’ve got it right,
Hang on to the truth with all your might.
