TAKE THE LOAD OFF

by Bill Kochman

Sometimes our life is easy,
Sometimes it can be hard,
Oft times we may even worry,
How we’ll make the next yard.

Our problems tumble about us,
We begin to sink in the mire,
Our minds also start to faint,
The situation looks so dire.

Bad things keep on piling up,
Oh where to get the strength?
But now if we are truly wise,
We’ll call on Jesus at length.

His shoulders are very broad,
He can really bear anything,
The solution is just so simple,
Our trials to Him we must bring.

The Lord will give us strength,
Where there was none at all,
He will guide our every step,
So that we never take a fall.

This is such an easy lesson,
Yet it takes so long to learn,
So remember for the next time,
He is with you at every turn.
