THE DEVIL’S HOOK

There is no end to saying,
How bad you really are,
Just listen to the Devil,
He’ll leave your mouth ajar.
Things you have forgotten,
Are written in his book,
Once you start listening,
He’s got you with his hook.
Down and down you’ll go,
As your faith dissipates,
Quick! Speak God’s Word!
For that the Devil hates.
