Continuing our discussion from part four, and taking into consideration everything I have now shared with you in this series, it should be clear to you that Eastern Lightning -- a.k.a. the Church of Almighty God -- their leaders, and also their followers, preach another Jesus, and another gospel. That is, a FALSE Jesus, and a FALSE gospel, which certainly does NOT conform to the Scriptures which have been passed down to us. As we have now thoroughly discussed, in order to convince people to accept their doctrines of devils and damnable heresies, these deceivers intentionally twist and pervert the meaning of the Holy Scriptures one after the other. According to Jesus and the Apostles, exactly how are we supposed to treat such people? If they refuse to repent of their wickedness, and fail to abandon their misguided doctrines of devils, the following verses provide us with a straightforward answer to this question. Please note the words I have emphasized in uppercase letters:

"Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, LET HIM BE UNTO THEE AS AN HEATHEN MAN AND A PUBLICAN."


The above verses mean that we should shun and avoid them.

"Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and AVOID THEM."


For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him [meaning STAND FIRM AGAINST HIM]."


I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, LET HIM BE ACCURSED."


"If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: FROM SUCH WITHDRAW THYSELF."


"A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition REJECT;"


"If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, RECEIVE HIM NOT INTO YOUR HOUSE, NEITHER BID HIM GOD SPEED: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds."


In the case of my neighbor and friend, now that I have become aware of all of this information, my plan is to try to reach out to him again. Hopefully, this information regarding the Church of Almighty God will shock him and wake him up. But if not, then I will have no choice but to follow the counsel we find in the previous set of verses.
