FAST FOOD
by Bill Kochman

How we all love our fast food,
It just tastes so yummy good,
But maybe we’d be hesitant,
If we saw beneath the hood.
There’s so much junk within,
Preservatives, fillers & more,
Once you know the full truth,
You’ll go running for the door.
But if you want to chow down,
Obesity & diabetes may result,
Don’t say you weren’t warned,
It will surely be your own fault.
The people in MacD’s kitchen,
Must certainly be fully aware,
But if I were one of those folks,
I would surely pull out my hair.
Just knowing what I’m serving,
To the cattle lined up outside,
Would make it very hard for me,
It is not something I could hide.
So I am glad I don’t work there,
And myself I don’t have to beat,
After all, I’m working at Wendy’s,
Which is right across the street.
