DISCOURAGEMENT

by Bill Kochman

05-07-2014

Beware of discouragement,
It is just the devil’s trap,
If you succumb to this ploy,
Your energy it will sap.

Just like a deep dark well,
Which seems to have no end,
Once you fall into this pit,
All hope it will surely rend.

Down and down you will go,
Chained by fear and despair,
All because you listened to,
That evil Prince of the Air.
