JUST A DIFFERENT SHOE

by Bill Kochman

12-09-2016

Some people say that I am talented,
While they feel that they are not,
But let me tell you quite plainly,
That is really just a bunch of rot.

You in fact have your special gifts,
Some things which even I cannot do,
We’re all part of the very same body,
Except that we are a different shoe.

Each one of us is just a little part,
But together we make up God’s whole,
So pray and discover your uniqueness,
Then do it with your heart and soul.
