SUPER THINKER

I heard about this thing called Neuralink,
They said it would help me to super think.
I could even move stuff with just my mind,
So I would rise above regular humankind.
They said I would think like the fastest AI,
So I thought a while & then I gave it a try.
It did not take long, in 10 minutes it was in,
I was so excited to see my new life begin.
I have to say, my friends were impressed,
While they struggled, I passed every test.
I could open doors with a simple thought,
Quickly add the total of stuff I had bought.
Life was grand and I was feeling quite cool,
Never realizing how I had played the fool.
One day I experienced some serious pain,
My head swelled as fire seared my brain.
Breathing was sharp, heart pounded hard,
A seizure hit me and I fell down in my yard.
When I came to I was in some hospital bed,
A doctor informed me I would soon be dead.
It seems the lithium-ion battery had a leak,
My chance was low, I had less than a week.
In my pride I wanted to surpass all my peers,
Realizing my error, my face filled with tears.
So before you enhance with such high tech,
Please give your heart a very serious check.
Is being so superior worth such a high price?
No, just forget it man, is my personal advice.
