POLITICAL CORRECTNESS

by Bill Kochman

05-30-2016

They say I need to tone it down,
And demonstrate much more class,
They try to shove me into a box,
And say “Don’t you be so crass.”

But I’m so sick of all their rules,
They’re afraid to speak real plain,
Their attempts to please everyone,
Will surely drive them all insane.

But as for me, the truth I’ll speak,
With my own brand of spunk & sass,
If they try to shut me up I’ll say,
No thanks, I think I’ll just pass.
