A RACE TO RUN

by Bill Kochman

01-10-2017

Put on your very best shoes,
You’ve been called by the Son,
From this point and forward,
You have got a race to run.

It will not always be easy,
Sand pits and hills lie ahead,
Satan will be out to get you,
So be careful where you tread.

If you patiently run the race,
Big rewards you will be given,
But they will only go to you,
If the course was well striven.
