WAIT FOR GOD

by Bill Kochman

07-30-2014

You can’t do it by yourself,
Even though you think you can,
Don’t push forward foolishly,
It’s a really lousy plan.

If you rush ahead of God,
And run at your own pace,
No doubt that you will fall,
And land right on your face.

Better it is to wait for Him,
And let Him show you the way,
So bend down on your knees,
And take some time to pray.
