ACROSS THE BOW

by Bill Kochman

10-12-2018

Oh the ungodliness,
It’s all around I see,
People doing wickedness,
Refusing to bend a knee.

And so much haughtiness,
They blaspheme His name,
So little fear of God,
But it’s not just a game.

Evildoers are everywhere,
Boasting of their sin,
Flaunting their rebellion,
But He won’t let them in.

Darkness spreading rapidly,
The flame is going out,
People have no interest,
In what God’s Word is about.

So blinded by the Devil,
Fleshly lusts now abound,
Try to give them warning,
They don’t want you around.

A wake-up call is coming,
Our time is growing short,
How will you even plead,
Standing in His great court?
