AT YOUR SERVICE

Once there was this gal named Sil,
She had a friend, his name was Bill.
Almost seventy and over the hill,
He loved God and served Him still.

Now Bill was quite a techno geek,
But others called him a Jesus freak.
Sil had a phone she liked a lot,
Which often made her temper hot.

It did things which made her mad,
She’d tell Bill “This phone is bad!”
So Sil would ask him to come down,
But Bill knew she had screwed around.

Sure enough that phone was fine,
You see, Sil herself was out of line.
Doing stuff which she should not,
There were things she had forgot.

So Bill would show her what to do,
And her phone would be like new.
Troubles gone, everything’s great,
Bill’s service is not second rate.

Yet still he waits for her next call,
Sil gives poor Bill no rest at all.
