BILLS AND BIOCHIPS

by Bill Kochman

Hard money wasn’t good enough,
There had to be some better way,
So they introduced paper checks,
Surely this plan was here to stay.

But, no, paper checks too lost out,
As plastic cards became the rave,
Greedy bankers became very rich,
As all us fools became their slave.

But even cards are quite hackable,
Thus bankers hatched a new plan,
So now they promote the biochip,
But don’t dare get it in your hand.

For once all paper money is gone,
They will have much more control,
Desiring total power over your life,
Yes, that is indeed their final goal.

Convenience will be what they use,
To convince people to give it a try,
Just resist their con, do not give in,
Because it is all one deceptive lie.

If you are chipped, privacy is gone,
Nothing you do will now be hidden,
And only too late you will discover,
Into the devilish trap you’ve slidden.

They’ll keep track of all your moves,
Following the money trail in your life,
Some decisions won’t be your own,
It will be worse than a nagging wife.

So please take heed to my warning,
Resist having that darn thing put in,
For if you foolishly agree to the plan,
A nightmare will surely soon begin.
