BORING GUY

by Bill Kochman

01-02-2020

I guess I am just a boring guy,
No woman would give me the eye.
I don’t drink and I don’t smoke,
No tattoos for me, no doing dope.

Wearing jewelry is not my style,
I’ve got no TV to flip the dial.
Motorcycles are much too loud,
I’m not one for being in a crowd.

Money’s scarce, what can I say?
The Lord provides for me anyway.
I keep busy doing my job for God,
Though some folks think I am odd.

But that’s okay, I’ve got my goal,
I work for Jesus who saved my soul.
