FEED MY SHEEP

by Bill Kochman

11-30-2016

If you love me, the Lord once said,
You must diligently feed my sheep,
For God’s Word isn’t to be withheld,
It’s by no means ours alone to keep.

We must liberally spread God’s seed,
So it may grow in the hearts of men,
And when the time of harvest comes,
Angels shall reap much fruit then,

But if we fail God’s sheep to feed,
The Lord will be most disappointed,
He will look us sternly in the face,
And say “My child, you were anointed.”
