OVER A CLIFF

by Bill Kochman

02-23-2017

I’ve totally lost faith in the news media,
The past year has been the absolute worst,
I can barely even look at their headlines,
It is time to put those orgs in a hearse.

Just go and drive them over a cliff line,
Seriously, I honestly just do not care,
Their reporting has become so distorted,
Nothing about their stories is even fair.

On and on those sad reporters continue,
As their words butcher, murder and cut,
I hope the hearse doesn’t have problems,
Please don’t get stuck in a muddy rut.
