“Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” Psalm 119:11, KJV
“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field . . . “And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration. Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business. But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.” Acts 6:1-4, KJV

Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few.” Acts 17:10-12, KJV
“One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.” Romans 14:5, KJV
“Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” Jude 1:3, KJV
In this world, fame and fortune is the game,
But rich or poor, our end will be the same.
Whether we die young, or last and grow old,
We all end up six feet under, dead and cold.
There is more, than what the world can give,
God’s desire, is that for eternity we live.
But to do so, we must partake of His Grace,
Believe in Jesus, and run in His great race.
The Angels cheer us on, as we live each day,
Listen closely, and you may hear them say:
Strive for your Crown, it is all you can do,
Strive for your Crown, He commands you to.

“And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.” 1 John 4:3, KJV
“For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.” 2 John 7, KJV
“But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” 2 Timothy 3:13, KJV
“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” John 8:44, KJV
“God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.” Romans 3:4, KJV
“He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.” 1 John 5:10, KJV

When Jesus’ hour finally did arrive, and God the Father lifted His cloak of protection from Jesus so that His Divine Will could be accomplished through the persecution, suffering, Crucifixion and Resurrection of His own dear Son by the unbelieving Jews, what did Jesus say in that hour? Consider the following verse:
“When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.” Luke 22:53, KJV
As long as we are pleasing in His sight, and fulfilling His Will for our lives, God will continue to protect us from the power of darkness of this present world:
“Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:” Colossians 1:13, KJV
In the New Testament Scriptures, the words “sanctify”, “sanctification” and “holy” are derived from the Koine Greek words “hagiazo”, “hagios” and “hagiasmos”, which mean to dedicate, consecrate and set apart for service to God. This is what Saints are. We are separated from the world, in order to serve the Lord.
