You sit there in your pride and gloat,
You brag about your life without God,
And won’t jump into His Salvation boat.

So full of doubt, you better watch out,
Death comes soon knocking at your door,
Open your heart now and let the Lord in,
Before your smug face hits that floor.

It’s your last chance, don’t even glance,
At the lies the Devil throws your way,
For if you do, you are really through,
And for your own sins you’ll have to pay.

This is a poem to John,
He is definitely our man,
Can he arrive on time?
Oh yes, he surely can!

Getting up really early,
He works hard for DHL,
Don’t worry now folks,
John drives quite well.

He’s so well-mannered,
He is one happy dude,
They say he is polite,
No, and not ever rude.

Look down the highway,
See him in his big truck,
One thing about John,
He doesn’t ever suck.

Your package arrives,
John pulls out a pen,
You sign on the line,
And he is off again.

Even dogs like him,
No, they never bark,
Being a DHL driver,
Is a walk in the park.

Making good money,
He has some to spare,
He helps out Bill’s cats,
Living way over there.

John is a good friend,
And yes a brother true,
He believes in God,
And plays the organ too.

So that is my poem,
Do you think I am daft?
Well at the very least,
I hope you laughed.

And I heard His invitation song.

I have always felt so different,
As if this world is not my home,
God revealed His truth to me,
It’s written in His holy tome.

In Philippians Paul tells us,
Our true Kingdom is from above,
God and Jesus both designed it,
A wonderful city filled with love.

Oh just see those mud-slingers,
They are all having quite a day,
But if you are smart, tune it out,
Don’t listen to a word they say.

Oh how they love digging up dirt,
To make their opponents bleed,
But as for issues we care about,
They avoid like the plague indeed.

They do anything to get your vote,
Yes, even character assassination,
They ignore the important things,
Which is their one true obligation.

So when some pol comes to town,
Strive to keep that guy on track,
And if he won’t answer questions,
Tell him he is not welcome back!

It is all really bovine excrement,
Every time there is an incident.
I’ll just be sleeping in my bed,
Waking up my account is dead.

I’m now restricted by some bot,
It’s total nonsense, yes total rot.
Not even human, surely not fair,
I so feel like pulling out my hair.

There’s no way to even appeal,
I am getting such a raw deal.
They’re now demanding my ID,
Why won’t they just let me be?

I am sick of this discrimination,
I need a permanent vacation!
You can’t win with these jerks,
Do as they say or adios perks.

So I sit staring at this screen,
How I really want to scream!
