It needs to be made clear that Christian discipleship is not for everyone, and as far as I can tell from the Scriptures, it was never actually meant to be for everyone. Why is this? Quite simply, because as I explain in articles such as “Are You Crucified With Christ?”, it comes at a great price, a price which many people are simply not willing to pay, because they are too in love with the world. If you doubt that this is so, please consider the following Bible verses:

For anyone who may not be clear regarding what Donald J. Trump’s position is regarding abortion, this is a screen capture, as posted by Elon Musk on his “X” social network on October 2, 2024 at 12:43 PM.
While some Christians will obviously not agree with the exceptions which Mr. Trump is allowing, in the political world, room must sometimes be allowed for both pragmatism and realism. In other words, if Trump were to not have allowed for these exceptions, he would not have obtained the female support and vote that he needed in order to win the 2024 presidential election.
Thus, I am assuming that Mr. Trump went for a middle-of-the-road compromise. In the world of men, perhaps it is better to take one small step at a time and win, than to take one huge, controversial step and lose. Regarding my personal position, please consider reading the articles listed below:
